8-4-1990    LWF in failing health, with mobility problems. Attends funeral of
 brother-in-law Robert Flagg in Portland and interment in Southington, Conn. 
1991        LWF visits family for last time. Claims to be destitute.  Enters 
 Manchester, NH, VA Hospital.
12-1991     Three-way agreement between State, BSA and various creditors
 has Camp Leo property reverting to Daniel Webster Council.
1992 ?	   Property renamed Camp Bell in honor of Ernest "Tutt" Bell, III,
 BSA executive and attorney.
1991-1992    LWF spends difficult three months in VA-sponsored nursing home in
 Worcester, Mass.
7-22-92    LWF dies at Manchester (NH) VA Hospital after long illness.  
 
7-28-92     LWF interred in Flagg-Francis Plot at Oak Hill Cemetery, in home
 town of Southington, almost two years to date after Flagg funeral.
9-8-92	    74th Anniversary of LWF birth.
 
9-8-93	    75th Anniversary of LWF's birth in Southington.
 
7-22-94     Francis Estate still in Probate, due to lack of a Will and chaotic
 state of financial and legal affairs. 
9-8-94	    76th Anniversary of LWF's birth.
7-22-95     Francis Estate still in Probate on third anniversary of death.
7-28-95	    Anna Francis Flagg (sister) dies at age 84.
9-8-95	    77th Anniversary of LWF's birth.
1996	    LWF Estate settled. Little more than his Yale Class Ring.
9-8-1998    80th Anniversary of LWF's Birth.
